Ben jij een gedreven specialist in veiligheid en kwaliteit met oog voor praktische oplossingen? Als HSE / Quality Coordinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en bewaken van het Safety, Security, Health, Environment & Quality-beleid voor onze klant in Zeebrugge.

  • Verhogen van veiligheidsbewustzijn en behalen van veiligheidsdoelstellingen op alle niveaus;
  • Creëren van ownership en engagement rond veiligheid binnen de volledige hiërarchische lijn;
  • Opstellen, actualiseren en bewaken van veiligheidsprocedures, actieplannen en interne richtlijnen;
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van root cause analyses, indienststellingen, interne audits en rondgangen;
  • Fungeren als Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) en vertegenwoordigen van de divisie in interne en externe overlegorganen;
  • Opstellen van interne communicatie en sensibilisatiecampagnes voor medewerkers;
  • Hands-on aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om problemen te analyseren en verbeteringen door te voeren.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 2 en relevante ervaring in een industriële omgeving;
  • Administratief onderlegd en nauwgezet bij het opstellen van rapporten en actieplannen;
  • Zelfstarter met sterke communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden;
  • Vermogen om een cultuurverandering te begeleiden en medewerkers te motiveren;
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Hands-on aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en pragmatische probleemoplossing toepassen;
  • Stressbestendig, overzicht behouden en prioriteiten stellen bij meerdere taken;
  • Technisch inzicht en analytisch vermogen voor correcte probleemanalyse en implementatie van verbeteringen;
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding met focus op continue verbetering.
