Als HSE Specialist neem jij het voortouw bij de praktische uitrol van een waterdicht preventiebeleid.

  • Je duikt wekelijks de operaties in om de veiligheidsdocumentatie en risicoanalyses feilloos af te stemmen op de actuele wetgeving, waardoor interne processen te allen tijde gegarandeerd correct verlopen.
  • Dankzij jouw gerichte coaching op de werkvloer en inspirerende workshops betrek je medewerkers actief bij het milieuverhaal en kweek je een ijzersterke cultuur rond preventie.
  • Tijdens interne en externe audits sta je met je voeten in de praktijk om verbeterpunten direct bloot te leggen en deze vervolgens te vertalen naar oplossingen die echt werken.
  • Je werkt uiterst praktisch crisisplannen en noodscenario's uit, test deze grondig en traint het personeel, zodat werkelijk iedereen weet wat te doen bij onverwachte wendingen.
  • Ook externe partners en onderaannemers kunnen op jouw sturing rekenen, aangezien jij hen ter plaatse begeleidt om alle milieuvoorschriften zonder problemen na te leven.

Profiel:

Om de rol van HSE Specialist succesvol op te nemen, kijken we in de eerste plaats naar jouw mentaliteit en overtuigingskracht.

  • Ervaring op de werkvloer van ISO 14001 primeert, bij voorkeur in combinatie met minimaal bachelor- of masterdiploma en een mooie achtergrond binnen een vergelijkbare industriële sector.
  • Kennis van de geldende milieunormen zit vers in je geheugen en je slaagt er moeiteloos in om deze theorie vlot om te zetten naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een hands-on probleemoplosser die ingewikkelde procedures op een bevattelijke, menselijke manier kan overbrengen aan uiteenlopende profielen.
  • Je beschikt over het talent om mensen te enthousiasmeren, waardoor je veel liever sturend optreedt op de werkvloer dan een hele dag achter een computerscherm te schuilen.
