Werken bij Novar HSE Specialist Dagelijks werken wij aan impactvolle projecten die bijdragen aan de energietransitie. Die transitie vraagt om een combinatie van technologieën, zoals zonne-energie, batterijopslag (BESS), EV-laden en slimme energiesystemen. Sinds 2024 zijn we ook actief in Zweden, Frankrijk en Duitsland. Samen met Repowered en Klaer is Novar Group inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een organisatie met meer dan 200 medewerkers. Deze ontwikkelingen brengen nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden met zich mee. Daarom bouwen we verder aan een sterke, consistente en praktische HSE-aanpak. Als HSE Specialist help je ervoor zorgen dat we veilig en verantwoord werken binnen onze projecten, op onze kantoren en bij onze operationele assets. Je staat midden in de organisatie en vertaalt HSE-eisen naar concrete acties voor de dagelijkse praktijk. Dit doe je door nauw samen te werken met de HSE Manager, projectteams, aannemers en collega's in verschillende landen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden op een rij: - Coördineren van RI&E's, risicobeoordelingen en actieplannen. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en implementeren van HSE-eisen, V&G-plannen en eisen voor aannemers. - Helpen bij het onderzoeken van incidenten en bijna-ongevallen, het voorbereiden op noodsituaties en het opvolgen van verbetermaatregelen. - Coördineren van HSE-trainingen, introductieprogramma's en competentievereisten. - Ondersteunen bij audits, inspecties, certificering en verbeteracties. - Samenwerken met projectteams en collega's in verschillende landen aan een consistente en praktische HSE-aanpak.
