Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. HSE Specialist (MVK) - Operationele Veiligheid & Projecten 32-40 uur per week, Berkel en Rodenrijs Wat ga jij doen als HSE Specialist? Als HSE Specialist bij Koppert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van veiligheid, gezondheid en compliance binnen onze organisatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer én betrokken bij projecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitvoeren van werkplekinspecties en audits om veiligheid, gezondheid en naleving van procedures te borgen - Beheer en coördinatie van de RI&E: voortgang bewaken, analyses uitvoeren en opvolging van maatregelen monitoren - Veiligheidskundige ondersteuning bij nieuwbouw-, verbouw- en renovatieprojecten - Verzorgen van toolboxmeetings, workshops en initiatieven rondom veiligheid en bewustwording - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden over HSE-vraagstukken en wet- en regelgeving - Ondersteunen bij incident- en ongevallenonderzoek en het opstellen van verbetermaatregelen - Begeleiden van Taak Risico Analyses (TRA) en teams hierin meenemen Een typische dag als HSE Specialist Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je start bijvoorbeeld met een ronde door de productieomgeving, waar je medewerkers spreekt en lopende werkzaamheden beoordeelt op veiligheid. Vervolgens werk je samen met een projectleider aan een Taak Risico Analyse voor een bouw- of modificatieproject. Later op de dag overleg je met een teamleider over de voortgang van RI&E-maatregelen en bespreek je incidentmeldingen en verbeteracties. Tussendoor adviseer je collega's, sluit je aan bij projectmeetings en zorg je dat veiligheid vanaf het begin ...
