Als HSE Specialist vertaal jij die groeiambitie naar de werkvloer. Je slaat de brug tussen beleid en praktijk, en weet collega’s mee te krijgen in het veiligheidsverhaal: overtuigend, motiverend en met oog voor werkbare oplossingen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het HSE-beleid, zowel op strategisch niveau als op de werkvloer
  • Milieuacties en gezondheidsprojecten begeleid je van A tot Z: jij zet de lijnen uit en volgt alles van dichtbij op
  • Je brengt helderheid in procedures en richtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat ze up-to-date en bruikbaar zijn op de werkvloer
  • Waar anderen risico’s missen, zie jij ze meteen en onderneem je gerichte actie met concrete maatregelen en inspecties
  • Opleidingen en acties breng jij tot leven: doelgericht, motiverend en altijd in samenspraak met je team en de HSE Manager
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in het werkveld
  • Het attest preventieadviseur niveau 2 heb je op zak, aangevuld met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands, en ook in het Frans en Engels kan je professioneel communiceren
