In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving op diverse uitdagende werven. Als HSEQ Coördinator draait jouw dag om:

  • Het proactief adviseren van projectteams en onderaannemers over veiligheidsvoorschriften, zodat risico’s worden geëlimineerd voordat ze zich voordoen.
  • Het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde werfbezoeken en inspecties waarbij je niet alleen controleert, maar vooral coacht op veilig gedrag op de vloer.
  • Het analyseren van incidenten en gevaarlijke situaties om structurele verbeteringen voor te stellen die de algemene veiligheidscultuur naar een hoger niveau tillen.
  • Het organiseren en geven van toolbox-meetings en veiligheidstrainingen die de medewerkers echt weten te raken en te motiveren.
  • Het bewaken van de milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen (ISO en VCA) binnen de lopende projecten, zodat de hoge standaarden van de organisatie altijd gewaarborgd blijven.

Profiel

Voor de functie van HSEQ Coördinator zoeken we iemand die de juiste balans vindt tussen menselijkheid en regelgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en combineert dit met een gezonde dosis praktijkervaring in de bouw of een aanverwante sector.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een sterke communicator die mensen meekrijgt door overtuigingskracht in plaats van enkel regels op te leggen.
  • Ervaring met het beheren van milieudossiers en kwaliteitscontroles zorgt ervoor dat je direct inzetbaar bent op complexe projecten.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, waarbij je prioriteiten stelt zonder het overzicht over de verschillende werven te verliezen.
