Preventieadviseur / HSEQ Officer

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een internationale onderneming gespecialiseerd in industriële dienstverlening zijn wij op zoek naar een HSEQ Officer / Preventieadviseur voor de regio Vlaams-Brabant.

In deze terreinfunctie adviseer en begeleid je de operationele teams en projectteams bij het toepassen van veilige werkmethodes.

Jouw taken:

• Je adviseert en sensibiliseert medewerkers op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu. • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en ontwikkelt doeltreffende preventiestrategieën. • Je waakt over de naleving van de Belgische wetgeving en normen inzake welzijn, veiligheid en milieu. • Je onderzoekt incidenten en risicosituaties grondig. • Je stelt preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen voor en volgt deze op. • Je ontwikkelt en geeft veiligheidstrainingen. • Je werkt actief mee aan de voortdurende verbetering van veiligheidsprocedures en het veiligheidsbeleid. • Je begeleidt de teams op een praktische, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte manier. • Je verplaatst je regelmatig naar verschillende locaties in onder andere Vlaams-Brabant, Limburg en Wallonië.

Deze functie wordt volledig op het terrein uitgeoefend. Thuiswerk is daarom niet mogelijk.

PROFIEL

• Je beschikt over een attest of diploma als preventieadviseur niveau II of III. • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen veiligheid, preventie of HSE. • Ervaring in de industriële bouwsector, industriële dienstverlening of een technische omgeving is een sterke troef. • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische wetgeving inzake welzijn, veiligheid en milieu. • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. • Je bent bereid om dagelijks op het terrein te werken, zonder mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk. • Je bent bereid om je naar verschillende locaties in Vlaams-Brabant, Limburg en Wallonië te verplaatsen. • Je bent flexibel, proactief en oplossingsgericht. • Je beschikt over een praktische en hands-on mentaliteit. • Je kunt medewerkers adviseren, coachen, opleiden en motiveren. • Je werkt graag samen met operationele medewerkers en projectteams.
