- Je biedt praktische ondersteuning op de verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen waar extra aandacht nodig is.

- Je bent vooral actief aanwezig op de werkvloer en bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid tijdens kridieke fases zoals bv turnarounds

- Je voert veiligheidscontroles, werkplekinspecties en observatietours uit, met focus op risisco's en parktische werkveiligheid.

- Je detecteert onveilige situaties en werkt actief mee aan het opstellen en opvolgen van preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen.

- Je begeleidt toolboxmeetings, opstartvergaderingen en werkvoorbereidingen met aandacht voor veiligheid en welzijn.

- Je bevordert het veiligheidsbewustzijn op de werkvloer door dagelijkse coaching, voorbeeldgedreag en directe feedback.

- Je registreert en analyseert incidenten en bijna-ongevallen en werkt mee aan verbeteracties.

- Je beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau III.

- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in veiligheid, bij voorkeur als HSE-adviseur of preventieadviseur in een industriële sector.

- Flexibiliteit en een proactieve hands-on mentaliteit.

- Bereidheid om te verplaatsen naar diverse locaties met als focus Vlaanderen.

- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

- Je bent een echte teamspeler met een coachende en motiverende stijl, gericht op samenwerking en het behalen van resultaten.
