Op de bouwplaats, in de fabriekshal, tussen de leidingen en de installaties - daar gebeurt het werk. En daar hoor jij ook te zijn. Als Adviseur Health, Safety, Security & Environment ben je niet degene die achteraf een rapport schrijft achter een bureau. Je staat tussen de collega's, stelt de kritische vraag op het juiste moment, en zorgt dat veiligheid iets wordt waar mensen zelf in geloven - niet iets wat wordt opgelegd. Binnen regio Oost ben jij hét HSSE-aanspreekpunt. Dat is een verantwoordelijkheid, maar vooral een kans: jouw zichtbaarheid, jouw vakkennis en de manier waarop jij samenwerkt, bepalen het verschil. Dit ga je doen - Je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving en het EQUANS-beleid naar praktische, toepasbare HSSE-richtlijnen die op de werkvloer echt werken. - Je bewaakt integraal de HSSE-aspecten binnen projecten en onderhoudscontracten - gevraagd én ongevraagd geef je advies. - Je voert interne audits uit en ben je regelmatig op projectlocaties binnen utiliteit en industrie te vinden. - Je onderzoekt incidenten, bijna-ongevallen en milieumeldingen, en zorgt dat corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen ook echt worden opgevolgd. - Je stelt rapportages, trendanalyses en stuurinformatie op voor het management en het HSSE-jaarplan. - Je organiseert instructies en voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten, en adviseert opdrachtgevers en locatiemanagement vanuit jouw expertise. - Je sluit aan bij regionale, regio-overstijgende en landelijke HSSE-werkgroepen, en deelt kennis met collega-adviseurs binnen HSSE Zuid Nederland. Wat je meebrengt - Een afgeronde opleiding MVK. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen Health, Safety, Security & Environment. - Kennis van normeringen zoals VCA-P, ISO 45001 en ISO 14001. - Ervaring met onderzoeksmethodieken zoals TRIPOD Beta en RCA. - Ervaring met het uitvoeren van interne ...
