HSSE FIELD INSPECTOR SAFETY

Voor onze terminal zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven HSSE Field Inspector Safety die de veiligheid op het terrein naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze rol ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) & contractor veiligheid.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het HSSE-beleid correct wordt toegepast, sensibiliseert medewerkers en contractoren en grijpt waar nodig in om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen. Zo draag je actief bij aan het beschermen van mens, milieu en installaties, in lijn met de geldende wetgeving en onze organisatiedoelstellingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en contractoren op het terrein en waakt erover dat het HSSE-beleid correct wordt nageleefd om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen.
  • Je controleert de naleving van veiligheidsmaatregelen en grijpt in bij inbreuken om risico’s en onveilige situaties onmiddellijk te corrigeren.
  • Je beoordeelt risicoanalyses en werkvergunningen en beslist op basis van risicomatrices en methodieken over de toelaatbaarheid van werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt mee aan oorzaak onderzoeken bij ongevallen en incidenten en denkt mee over het uitwerken van acties die hieruit resulteren.
  • Je adviseert bij de indienstname van installaties en stelt de nodige documenten, instructies en richtlijnen op om risico’s te minimaliseren.
  • Je volgt onderhoudstaken van HSSE-uitrusting op en zorgt ervoor dat deze steeds in optimale staat en beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je organiseert en neemt deel aan overleg met interne en externe stakeholders om het veiligheidsbeleid duidelijk uit te dragen en continue verbetering te stimuleren. Hierbij speel je een trekkende rol bij de begeleiding van de contractoren.
  • Je detecteert proactief incidenten, defecten en verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze naar acties met impact op de strategische doelstellingen.
  • Je blijft continu op de hoogte van evoluties binnen HSSE en draagt actief bij aan de opleiding en sensibilisering van collega’s.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving en affiniteit met veiligheid en preventie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HSSE-wetgeving en veiligheidsnormen.
  • In het bezit zijn van een NB01/NB02 (brandweerman/korporaal) is een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en durft beslissingen te nemen in complexe situaties.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet anderen te overtuigen en te sensibiliseren.
  • Je bent proactief, hands-on en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders en voelt je thuis op het terrein.
  • Je bent flexibel, dynamisch en leergierig.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
