Ben jij thuis in HubSpot en krijg je energie van marketing automation, slimme workflows en data-analyse? Voor een gevestigde dienstverleningsgroep in Merksem zoeken we een HubSpot Specialist die marketing en sales digitaal naar een hoger niveau tilt. Een veelzijdige functie met veel autonomie, impact en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Als HubSpot Specialist ben jij dé expert die ervoor zorgt dat het CRM- en marketingplatform optimaal wordt ingezet. Je combineert technische kennis van HubSpot met inzicht in digitale marketing, automatisering en data-analyse. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, sales en management en krijgt de ruimte om bestaande processen te verbeteren en nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontwikkelen. Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Digitale marketingcampagnes opzet, beheert en optimaliseert via HubSpot.
  • Geautomatiseerde workflows ontwikkelt om leads efficiënt op te volgen en conversies te verhogen.
  • Dashboards en rapportages bouwt die inzicht geven in marketingprestaties en commerciële resultaten.
  • Marketingcontent plant, ontwikkelt en publiceert in lijn met de merkstrategie.
  • Collega's ondersteunt en opleidt in het dagelijks gebruik van HubSpot.
  • Samen met sales en management meedenkt over de verdere ontwikkeling van de digitale marketing- en CRM-strategie.
  • Opportuniteiten identificeert om processen slimmer, efficiënter en meer datagedreven te maken.

We zoeken iemand die HubSpot niet alleen kent, maar er ook daadwerkelijk mee kan werken. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben, zolang je voldoende praktische kennis hebt om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Marketing, Communicatie of een vergelijkbare richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare praktijkervaring met HubSpot. Dit is een absolute vereiste.
  • Je hebt ervaring met marketing automation, workflows, campagnes of CRM-optimalisatie.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet hoe je data vertaalt naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je deelt graag je kennis en helpt collega's om digitale tools beter te benutten.

Zowel kandidaten met een eerste relevante werkervaring als meer ervaren specialisten komen in aanmerking. Je praktische HubSpot-kennis en je vermogen om verbeteringen te realiseren zijn doorslaggevend.
