En wil jij direct impact maken binnen de hoogspecialistische zorg voor patiënten met ernstige eetstoornissen? Solliciteer direct of neem contact op voor een oriënterend gesprek. In deze functie werk je binnen een zeer specialistische context waar zorgvuldigheid, hoogwaardige medische diagnostiek en mensgerichte zorg samenkomen. Heb jij de somatische scherpte om de fysieke risico's bij deze doelgroep tijdig te signaleren en te behandelen? En spreekt het je aan om in een multidisciplinair team de balans te zoeken tussen somatische en psychiatrische belangen? Dan komen wij heel graag met je in contact! Wat ga je doen? Als (huis)arts ben jij het medisch-somatische geweten van het behandelteam. Eetstoornissen hebben een grote impact op het lichaam; jij zorgt voor de medische veiligheid en monitoring. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder meer: - Somatische diagnostiek en behandeling: Uitvoeren van gericht lichamelijk onderzoek en het inschatten van medische risico's bij uiteenlopende eetstoornissen. Je onderscheidt eetstoornis gerelateerde symptomen van andere onderliggende pathologie, licht patiënten voor over hun lichamelijke klachten en stelt heldere behandelafspraken op. Waar nodig indiceer en coördineer je een ziekenhuisopname. - Interpreteren van medische data: Beoordelen van aanvullend onderzoek, waaronder laboratoriumuitslagen, ECG's en vitale functies. - Coördinatie en afstemming: nauwe afstemming met en consultatie voor externe ketenpartners, zoals huisartsen, kinderartsen en internisten. - Multidisciplinaire samenwerking: Actieve deelname aan MDO's. Je adviseert psychologen, psychiaters,verpleegkundig specialisten, diëtisten, verpleegkundigen en vaktherapeuten over de belastbaarheid en somatische status van de patiënt.
