Huisarts en Zorg - Over HenZ - Wat doen we Huisarts bij LCG in Hardinxveld Welke huisarts komt Huisartsenpraktijk Lokaal Centrum voor Gezondheidszorg (LCG) in Hardinxveld-Giessendam voor 2 tot 3 dagen per week versterken? Wij zoeken Een enthousiaste huisarts die samen met ons team continuïteit van zorg wil bieden aan onze patiënten. Is er een klik en werk je met plezier bij ons? Dan is er op termijn zeker ook ruimte voor associatie. Je bent collegiaal en vooruitstrevend, sociaal vaardig, betrokken en geïnteresseerd. Je voelt je prettig in een groter team en een moderne praktijkomgeving. Wat bieden wij jou als huisarts bij LCG in Hardinxveld? - Een afwisselende functie in een moderne, goed georganiseerde en vooruitstrevende praktijk met twee locaties. Wij werken met het HIS van Medicom. - Collegiaal en betrokken team in een prettige sfeer. - Een onderlinge verdeling van patiënten tussen de huisartsen. Patiënten hebben 2 vaste huisartsen. - Lean werken en Meer Tijd voor de Patiënt. - Een gezellig team op een fijne werkplek in een gezondheidscentrum met meerdere aanbieders van eerstelijnszorg. - Een salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform de cao Huisartsenzorg. Wie zijn wij? Huisartsenpraktijk LCG is een groepspraktijk met circa 11.000 patiënten. We streven naar laagdrempelige, betrouwbare, zinvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat patiënten terecht kunnen bij een herkenbaar team vaste huisartsen en ondersteuners. Ons team bestaat uit 9 huisartsen, doktersassistenten, POH's en een praktijkmanager.
