The posting

Voor ’t Kader zoeken we een huisarts of arts met interesse in verslavingszorg. Heb je al ervaring binnen de sector? Dan is dat een meerwaarde. Is dit werkveld nog nieuw voor jou, maar heb je de interesse en de goesting om je erin te verdiepen? Ook dan maken we heel graag kennis met jou.

’t Kader bestaat uit:

  • een ontwennings- en oriëntatieprogramma, met een gemiddelde opnameduur van zes weken. Deze afdeling is gericht op onthaal, ontwenning en oriëntatie van mensen met een ernstige stoornis in het gebruik van illegale middelen.
  • een behandelprogramma, voor mensen met een middelenproblematiek die nood hebben aan een concrete en ervaringsgerichte aanpak omwille van aanwezige (cognitieve) beperkingen of ontwikkelingsproblemen (ASS, vertraagde emotionele ontwikkeling, …). Gemiddelde opnameduur bedraagt 10 maanden.

Wij zoeken in de eerste plaats een arts met engagement, nieuwsgierigheid en goesting.

Je:

  • beschikt over een diploma geneeskunde en bent gerechtigd om het beroep van arts in België uit te oefenen;
  • voelt affiniteit met mensen met een verslavingsproblematiek;
  • hebt kennis van verslavingszorg of bent bereid deze expertise verder op te bouwen;
  • werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team;
  • bent empathisch, respectvol en oordeelvrij;
  • kan constructief omgaan met complexe situaties en herval;
  • gelooft in de groeikansen en het herstelvermogen van mensen.
  • Bent bereidt om telefonische 24u permanentie te voorzien samen met je collega’s

Ervaring in de verslavingszorg is dus geen absolute vereiste. Motivatie, betrokkenheid en de bereidheid om samen te leren vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
