Je houdt spreekuren waarin je patiënten begeleidt met uiteenlopende hulpvragen, en je kijkt verder dan alleen de klacht van vandaag. Met jouw brede kijk op zorg help je patiënten ook bij preventieve gezondheidsvraagstukken en toekomstgerichte zorg. Daarnaast ondersteun je doktersassistenten bij medische vragen en handelingen en geef je voorlichting over gezondheid en preventie. Je signaleert knelpunten in de praktijk en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Samen met het team draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van praktijkgerichte en wijkgerichte zorg, waarbij samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. Wat we je bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €6.787,98 en €9.115,51 bij fulltime (40 uur). - Je start met 18-20 uur per week, met een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast. - Kleinschalige, hechte wijkpraktijk in Kanaleneiland met circa 3.000 patiënten. - Tijd en ruimte om echt aandacht te hebben voor je patiënten. - Scholings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het huisartsen-netwerk. - Toegang tot interne en externe opleidingsprogramma's, o.a. leiderschap en communicatie. - Ondersteuning door een centraal team voor administratie, HR en ICT. - Moderne digitale tools die je administratie overzichtelijk en werkbaar houden. - Mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan praktijk- en wijkgerichte, preventieve zorg. - Samenwerking met gemeente en welzijnsorganisaties rond leefstijl en mentale gezondheid. - Regelmatig overleg en collegiale afstemming met andere huisartsen in het netwerk. - Aandacht voor een gezonde werk-privébalans, pa...
