Je dag bestaat uit gesprekken, dossieronderzoek en het opstellen van adviezen. Je beoordeelt bijvoorbeeld een WIA-aanvraag of denkt mee over re-integratie. Je kijkt breder dan alleen de klacht. Werk, thuissituatie en belastbaarheid neem je mee in je oordeel.
