Door de verdere groei van het patiëntenbestand is deze huisartsenpraktijk op zoek naar een nieuwe collega huisarts.

Een praktijk waar persoonlijke zorg, duurzame patiëntenrelaties, kwaliteit en collegiaal overleg belangrijker zijn dan een gejaagde consultatieflow.

Je krijgt de ruimte om je eigen manier van werken verder uit te bouwen, binnen een rustige, goed georganiseerde en mensgerichte praktijkomgeving.

Als huisarts neem je een volwaardige rol op binnen de dagelijkse praktijkwerking.

  • Consultaties voor patiënten van alle leeftijden
  • Aandacht voor zowel medische als psychosociale noden
  • Diagnostiek, behandeling en opvolging
  • Langdurige begeleiding van patiënten
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame patiëntrelaties
  • Preventieve en patiëntgerichte zorg
  • Overleg met collega’s en andere zorgverleners
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere werking van de praktijk
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsverbetering en efficiënte organisatie
  • Eventuele deelname aan wachtdiensten, in onderling overleg

We zoeken een ervaren huisarts die zich goed voelt in een persoonlijke en kwaliteitsgerichte praktijk.

  • Erkend arts-specialist in de huisartsgeneeskunde
  • Relevante ervaring als huisarts
  • Ervaring binnen een huisartsenpraktijk is vereist
  • Empathisch en communicatief
  • Warme en patiëntgerichte aanpak
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
  • Teamgericht en collegiaal
  • Open voor overleg en samenwerking
  • Oog voor kwaliteit en continue verbetering
