Tijd om te luisteren, door te vragen en samen tot een passende keuze te komen. In deze moderne groepspraktijk duurt ieder consult 20 minuten. Daardoor ontstaat ruimte voor zorgvuldige huisartsenzorg en persoonlijk contact. Dagelijks ontmoet je patiënten van alle leeftijden. Kinderen komen langs met alledaagse klachten, terwijl volwassenen en ouderen begeleiding krijgen bij chronische aandoeningen of psychosociale vragen. Door de vaste patiëntenpopulatie leer je mensen echt kennen. Zo bouw je stap voor stap aan langdurige behandelrelaties. Preventie en leefstijl spelen een belangrijke rol binnen jouw werk. Daarnaast begeleid je patiënten bij langdurige gezondheidsproblemen. Kleine chirurgische ingrepen, wondzorg en ECG's geven jouw werk extra afwisseling. Samenwerken gebeurt dichtbij en vanzelfsprekend. Je overlegt met collega-huisartsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals. Denk aan een dermatoloog, gynaecoloog en psycholoog. Deze korte lijnen helpen je om snel passende zorg te organiseren. Administratie vraagt weinig van jouw werkdag. Veel taken zijn al geregeld of uitbesteed. Hierdoor blijft jouw aandacht gericht op patiënten en medische inhoud. Jouw werkweek richt je zelf in tussen 24 en 40 uur. Scholing, intervisie en begeleiding bij registratie en herregistratie ondersteunen jouw ontwikkeling. Zo blijf je groeien in het vak, met voldoende ruimte voor een prettig leven naast je werk.
