Erasmus MC · Rotterdam Functie inhoud Voor de functie van huisartsdocent binnen de Huisartsopleiding zoeken wij collega's die willen bijdragen aan het opleiden van de huisartsen van de toekomst. Het bevorderen van de competenties van aanstaande huisartsen spreekt je aan. Jij begeleidt hen daarin en durft hen zo nodig aan te spreken. Jij hebt affiniteit met het werken en begeleiden van groepen en verliest daarbij het individu niet uit het oog. De functie omvat onder andere de volgende taken: - Begeleiden, samen met een gedragswetenschappelijk docent, van een groep AIOS op de wekelijkse terugkomdag. - Verzorgen van onderwijs aan AIOS conform het Landelijk Opleidingsplan voor de opleiding tot huisarts. - Beoordelen van de voortgang van AIOS. - Bijdragen aan onderwijsvernieuwing en kwaliteitsverbetering. - Samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines binnen de opleiding en deelnemen aan landelijke onderwijskundige netwerken. - Ontwikkelen van eigen didactische vaardigheden en onderwijscompetenties. Werkomgeving Het curriculum van de Huisartsopleiding is veelzijdig en bestrijkt uiteenlopende expertisegebieden, zoals klinisch redeneren, vaardighedenonderwijs, medisch-technische onderwerpen, communicatie, professionaliteit en wetenschappelijk onderwijs/EBM. Daarnaast hebben wij een deskundig en collegiaal docententeam, bestaande uit gedragswetenschappelijke docenten en huisartsdocenten. Iedere docent brengt zijn of haar eigen expertise mee. Het team wordt gecompleteerd door onderwijskundigen en een fijn ondersteuningsteam. De sfeer binnen de afdeling is open en informeel, met volop ruimte voor docentprofessionalisering en intervisie.
