Associëren Dienstverband Huisartsen Om de Noord - Hoogkarspel - Binnen 1 jaar - Groepspraktijk (> 4000) - 1-2 dagen, 3-4 dagen - Afzonderlijk praktijkgebouw Je bent niet ingelogd Huisartsen om de Noord is een goed georganiseerde opleidingspraktijk in het gezellige dorp Hoogkarspel. Doordat één van onze huisartsen binnenkort gaat stoppen, willen we graag huisartsen met de wens om praktijkhouder te worden de gelegenheid geven alvast mee te werken in ons team. Het geeft ons en ook jou de mogelijkheid om te ontdekken of toetreding tot de maatschap een mooie volgende stap is. In onze dorpspraktijk werk je in een fijn team met korte lijnen, veel collegialiteit en persoonlijke aandacht voor elkaar én onze patiënten. Over onze praktijk: - Een maatschap met 5 praktijkhoudende huisartsen met ieder een eigen patiëntenpopulatie. - 8 doktersassistenten die voor alle huisartsen werken. - 3 POH-GGZ, 3 POH-S, 2 AIOS en regelmatig een co-assistent en doktersassistent in opleiding. - Elke dag een praktijkmanager aanwezig - Samen leveren we huisartsenzorg aan ruim 9500 patiënten. - We werken met Sanday en TeleQ binnen een Microsoft 365 omgeving. Dit betekent dat je via internet overal toegang hebt tot je werkomgeving. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een fijne werksfeer met collega's die graag leren en met je meedenken. - Een trouwe en laagdrempelige patiëntenpopulatie. - Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en professionele ontwikkeling. - Een fijn (huur)pand om in te werken met ruime artsenkamers en goede klimaatregeling. - We werken met een dagstart en overleggen regelmatig om de onderlinge samenwerking goed te houden. - In de gezamenlijke koffie- en lunchpauzes, maar ook bij activiteiten buiten het werk, zie je je collega's ook eens van een andere kant. - Starten met 1 dag per week en vanaf maart 2027 mogelijkheid voor uitbreiden naar 2 dagen per week.
