Bij HZW geef je richting aan onze communicatie en verbind je strategie aan een heldere en effectieve communicatieaanpak. Je adviseert management en projectleiders over positionering, verandering en communicatie met belanghebbenden. Je ontwikkelt het communicatiebeleid, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt de communicatiemedewerkers functioneel aan. En als de situatie daarom vraagt, schrijf, coördineer of realiseer je zelf mee. Wat is jouw rol? Als strategisch communicatieadviseur ben je het eerste inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor communicatie binnen HZW. Je vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar een heldere strategie, jaarplannen en concrete activiteiten. Je brengt prioriteit aan, verbindt collega's en samenwerkingspartners en zorgt voor herkenbare en consistente communicatie. Je werkt binnen het team Interne Organisatie en rapporteert aan de manager Interne Organisatie. Binnen het communicatieteam bewaak je planning, werkverdeling, kwaliteit en voortgang. Bij calamiteiten of een crisis neem je deel aan het crisisteam en ondersteun je de interne en externe communicatie. Wat ga je doen? - communicatiebeleid en -strategie ontwikkelen en actueel houden; - management en projectleiders gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren over positionering, reputatie, verandercommunicatie en belanghebbenden; - communicatiemedewerkers functioneel aansturen, coachen en helpen prioriteren; - organisatiebrede communicatieprojecten en campagnes coördineren en externe leveranciers aansturen; - huisstijl, tone of voice en communicatierichtlijnen bewaken en de effectiviteit van communicatie volgen; - zelf operationeel bijdragen bij piekbelasting, complexe vraagstukken en projecten met organisatiebrede impact...
