Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wie zijn wij? Huisartspraktijk Simon is een moderne, kleinschalige huisartsenpraktijk in het centrum van Weert. Wij bieden persoonlijke en kwalitatieve huisartsenzorg aan circa 2.700 patiënten. Binnen onze praktijk staan persoonlijke aandacht, professionele zorg en goede samenwerking centraal. We werken met korte lijnen en vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen en ruimte krijgen voor eigen initiatief. Als praktijk zijn we voortdurend in ontwikkeling. We werken nauw samen met het sociaal domein en een specialist ouderengeneeskunde. Ook zijn we als praktijk Hazo24 gecertificeerd. In de komende jaren zullen wij de krachten verder bundelen met andere huisartspraktijken in de stad om de zorg nog efficiënter en patiëntgerichter te organiseren. Jij kunt hier direct aan bijdragen. Wat ga je doen? Als doktersassistente ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze patiënten. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Telefonische triage en het te woord staan van patiënten aan de balie - Afspraken plannen en het spreekuur beheren - Ondersteunen van de huisarts - Een eigen assistentenspreekuur met medisch-technische handelingen, zoals bloeddruk meten, ECG's maken, wondverzorging, injecties, urineonderzoek, bloedprikken en vaccinaties - Administratieve werkzaamheden. Wie zoeken wij? Een enthousiaste en zelfstandige doktersassistente die patiëntgericht werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt.
