Als huishoudelijk hulp (ook wel huishoudelijk medewerker, thuishulp of schoonmaakmedewerker genoemd) ondersteun je cliënten thuis met het schoonhouden van hun woning. Maar je doet meer dan dat: je bent een vast en vertrouwd gezicht. Je maakt een praatje, signaleert bijzonderheden en helpt zo mee aan een fijne, veilige leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als huishoudelijke hulp zorg je ervoor dat cliënten in een schone en fijne leefomgeving kunnen blijven wonen. Denk hierbij aan stofzuigen, dweilen, de badkamer en keuken schoonmaken en af en toe een praatje maken. Je let op signalen en meldt als er iets niet in orde lijkt te zijn. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige en prettige thuissituatie. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor.
