Als huishoudelijk medewerker WMO kom je bij mensen thuis die jouw hulp hard nodig hebben. Door een lichamelijke beperking, ouderdom of dementie kunnen zij hun huishouden niet meer (helemaal) zelf doen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hun huis schoon en prettig blijft - en dat geeft hen rust en kwaliteit van leven. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt bij verschillende cliënten. Jouw inzet maakt hun dagelijks leven lichter! Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt huishoudelijke taken op je, zoals stoffen, stofzuigen, dweilen en het schoonmaken van keuken en sanitair. - Je hebt oog en oor voor de cliënt: een praatje maken, een luisterend oor bieden en signaleren wanneer er iets verandert. - Je werkt zelfstandig en stemt je werktijden in overleg met de cliënt af. Wie ben jij? - Je bent sociaal, houdt van een schoon en opgeruimd huis en hebt een warm hart voor de zorg. - Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met huishoudelijk werk. - Je voelt je prettig in het contact met ouderen en mensen met een lichamelijke of psychogeriatrische aandoening. - Je bent vriendelijk en respectvol naar cliënten, hun familie, mantelzorgers en collega's. - Je kunt je vinden in de christelijke identiteit van de Westerkim en ondersteunt cliënten in de beleving van hun geloof. Wij bieden: - Een arbeidsovereenkomst bij de Westerkim voor 1 jaar, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Flexibele contractmogelijkheden, passend bij jouw wensen. - Inschaling volgens de cao VVT, afhankelijk van je ervaring en opleiding. - Een afwisselende functie waarin je zelfstandig werkt en écht van betekenis bent.
