Waarom? Steeds vaker blijven mensen langer thuis wonen, maar soms kunnen zij niet meer alles alleen. Zoals het huishouden, en daar ben jij! Je werkt zelfstandig bij cliënten thuis, in dit geval in de regio Goes. Jij bent zowel de ogen als oren van Allévo en jij constateert (vaak) als eerste wanneer het wat minder met een cliënt gaat. Je stimuleert de zelfredzaamheid en ondersteunt de cliënten in de huishoudelijke taken die zijzelf niet meer kunnen uitvoeren en daarnaast zorg je ook voor een stukje gezelligheid. Ook is het van belang dat je de nodige dosis daadkracht bezit en dat je niet snel omvergeblazen wordt. Belangrijk om te weten; bij ons staat de medewerker altijd op één! De werkzaamheden zijn heel divers, evenals de cliënten en dat maakt het werk als huishoudelijk ondersteuner veel uitdagender dan je denkt! Wil je na een tijdje nog doorleren, dan kan dat bij ons ook! Wij bieden verschillende werken en leren trajecten aan zoals Helpende (plus) en Verzorgende IG. Wat betreft de planning, die is flexibel en daarin wordt graag met je meegedacht. De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag overdag en zaterdagochtend. In de thuiszorg lijkt het er misschien op dat je vooral solo werkt, maar niets is minder waar! Jij merkt als geen ander op of het even wat minder gaat met een cliënt en geeft dit door aan je collega/coördinator. Ook is er voldoende ruimte voor een-op-een aandacht, dat maakt dit beroep zo mooi! Wij zien jou graag komen en laten ons vertrouwen blij...
