Wat houdt je functie in?

Als huishoudhulp in de thuiszorg help je kwetsbare mensen bij hen thuis. Dat kunnen ouderen zijn, maar ook mensen met een beperking, dementie of psychische problemen. Jij maakt écht het verschil in hun dag. Wat zijn jouw taken als huishoudhulp?

  • Schoonmaaktaken: stofzuigen, dweilen, poetsen, strijken;
  • Een praatje maken en luisteren;
  • Zien hoe het écht gaat met de cliënt;
  • Problemen of zorgen doorgeven aan je leidinggevende.

Voor veel cliënten ben jij één van de weinige mensen die langskomt. Jouw aandacht en zorg zijn dus heel belangrijk.

Persoonlijkheid:

  • Je hebt een warm hart voor mensen die extra steun nodig hebben;
  • Je bent sociaal, zorgzaam en luistert oprecht;
  • Je houdt van orde en haalt voldoening uit een net huis;
  • Je bent opmerkzaam en signaleert mogelijke problemen;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je kunt vlot omgaan met verschillende situaties en onverwachte uitdagingen.

Taalniveau: Je begrijpt en spreekt goed Nederlands, zodat je een aangenaam gesprek kan voeren met onze cliënten en je je duidelijk kan uitdrukken in telefonische en schriftelijke communicatie naar de dienst. Je hebt minstens taalniveau A2 (1.2) behaald. Beschik je nog niet over een geldig taalbewijs? Je krijgt twee jaar de tijd om dit te behalen.
