Als Supervisor Housekeeping Avond bij het iconische Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus in Scheveningen, een prachtig stadsdeel van Den Haag, speel je een centrale rol in het waarborgen van de hoogste standaarden op het gebied van netheid en gastbeleving. Je werkt in een monumentaal vijfsterrenhotel aan zee, waar historie, luxe en gastvrijheid samenkomen. In deze dynamische avonddienst leid je een enthousiast team en draag je zorg voor een vlekkeloze uitstraling van onze kamers en publieke ruimtes. In de branche staat deze rol ook wel bekend als Assistant Executive Housekeeper of Teamleider Schoonmaak.Wat ga je doen?In jouw rol als Supervisor Housekeeping Avond zorg je samen met jouw team voor een onvergetelijk verblijf voor onze gasten in Den Haag. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit: • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het housekeepingteam tijdens de avonddienst. • Zorgdragen voor een optimale personeelsplanning en efficiënte taakverdeling. • Controleren van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in kamers, suites en openbare ruimtes volgens de vijfsterren-kwaliteitseisen. • Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterpunten in processen en deze rapporteren aan de leidinggevende. • Waarborgen van een veilige, nette en gastvrije omgeving voor gasten en collega's. • Ondersteunen bij het inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers op de afdeling huishouding.Wie zoeken wij?Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie binnen ons hotel in Den Haag, herkennen wij onszelf in de volgende eigenschappen: • Je bent beschikbaar om 15:00 uur te starten (vaste avonddienst). • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende rol, óf je bent sterk gemotiveerd om je hierin te ontwikkelen (bijvoorbeeld als meewerkend voorman/vrouw). • Je beschikt over het vermogen om een team te inspireren en te motiveren. • Je hebt een natuurlijke focus op orde, netheid, hygiëne en oog voor detail. • Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal. • Flexibele instelling en stressbestendigheid in een
