Voor een winkelcentrum in Groningen zoeken wij een huismeester voor de zondag (uitgezonderd de laatste zondag van de maand) die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Een leuke afwisselende baan met veel facetten; van schoonmaak tot omgang met winkelend publiek, van het verhelpen van storingen tot aan het bedienen van een zit-schrobmachine. Wat ga je doen? - Dagelijks schoonmaken van openbare ruimtes. - Schoonmaak vloeren, zit-schrobmachine besturen. - Controlerondes lopen om de netheid van het winkelcentrum te waarborgen. - Bij grotere storingen contact opnemen met de storingsdienst. **Wie zoeken wij? - Wij zoeken iemand die op zondag kan en wil werken van 10.30 uur t/m 17.30 uur. - Iemand die zelfstandig en precies kan werken. - Iemand die fysiek in staat om staand en lopend werk uit te voeren. - Iemand die vriendelijk is en graag met mensen omgaat. - Ervaring in schoonmaak is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. - Een nieuwe collega die de Nederlandse taal beheerst. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris van omgerekend maar liefst € 26,30 bruto per uur (inclusief 50 % onregelmatigheidstoeslag) - Eindejaarsbonus van 5 % van het jaarloon. - Werken op zondag met de laaste zondag van de maand vrij. - Werken in een prettige omgeving met duidelijke werkinstructies.
