Omschrijving Jij voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het veilig, heel en schoon houden van het seniorencomplex en het omliggende terrein! Bij deze opdrachtgever staan kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid voorop! De landelijke dienstverlening is breed: naast schoonmaakwerkzaamheden worden tevens huismeesterdiensten, vloeronderhoud en gevelreiniging aangeboden. Werkzaamheden De Huismeester die we zoeken is 6 uur per week op locatie . Het betreft een tijdelijke baan, echter deze opdrachtgever heeft veel panden en projecten, dus als je eenmaal binnen bent, is de kans aanwezig dat ze je inzetten op andere locaties. - Schoon, heel en veilig houden van het seniorencomplex (overigens: een professioneel schoonmaak bedrijf verzorgt de schoonmaak. Jouw taak is vooral signaleren en oppakken als er zaken niet in orde zijn). - Bewaken en corrigeren op juist gebruik van het complex en bijbehorende faciliteiten waaronder parkeervoorzieningen door bijvoorbeeld leveranciers, etc. - Contactpersoon zijn voor in het complex aanwezige onderaannemers en deze bij vragen doorverwijzen naar de juiste persoon. - Kleine hand- en spandiensten verrichten zoals een plantenbak verplaatsen, schroeven aandraaien, lampen vervangen, afvalcontainers op de juiste plek houden en dergelijke. - Afstemming en overleg met de beheerder. - 1x per week spreekuur met de bewoners. Salaris : € 16,00 bruto per uur (+22% reserveringen) Werkdagen en -tijden: maandag en donderdag: 13.00 - 16.00 uur Start is per 1 oktober a.s.; het kan zijn dat je iets eerder al nodig bent, ook om ingewerkt te worden. Duur van de opdracht: 1 maand (tm eind oktober). Functie eisen - MBO-niveau . - Ervaring als huismeester heeft de voorkeur. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal : communicatie is een belangrijk onderdeel van je baan. - Communicatief sterk. - Je bent handig en technisch : je draait je hand niet om voor allerlei hand- en spandiensten. - Je bent netjes en verzorgd. - Je woont in of in de bu...
