Voor een gezellig winkelcentrum zijn wij op zoek naar een actieve collega. Wordt Huismeester in Zwolle en zorg er samen met winkeliers en bezoekers voor dat het winkelcentrum er dagelijks schoon, veilig en representatief bij staat! Wat bieden wij jou? - Een aantrekkelijk bruto uurloon (20+) tussen de € 15,52 en € 16,70 (afgestemd op jouw ervaring); - Daarbovenop ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Je bouwt via Alert vanaf dag één een StiPP pension op; - Vaste werktijden van maandag t/m vrijdag (07:00 tot 15:00 uur), dus alle weekenden heerlijk vrij; - Een zeer afwisselende en zelfstandige baan binnen een levendige winkelomgeving; - Werken in een prettige, informele sfeer met veel klantcontact en verantwoordelijkheid. Wat je nog moet weten: Je wordt onderdeel van een professionele, betrokken familie waarin gastvrijheid, oog voor detail en een actieve werkhouding centraal staan. Omdat jij het aanspreekpunt bent op de vloer van het winkelcentrum, zijn een representatieve uitstraling en goede communicatieve vaardigheden erg belangrijk. - Je beschikt over een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je bent zeer representatief, klantvriendelijk en servicegericht ingesteld; - Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken en ziet werk uit jezelf liggen; - Ervaring als huismeester of in een soortgelijke facilitaire rol is een pré, maar zeker geen vereiste; - Je bent op werkdagen beschikbaar tussen 07:00 en 15:00 uur; - Je bent bij voorkeur woonachtig in (de directe omgeving van) Zwolle.
