Jij zorgt ervoor dat calamiteiten opgelost worden en dat het complex er iedere dag weer prachtig uit ziet. Wil je er graag vol tegenaan? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als huismeester ben jij verantwoordelijk voor alle hand- en spandiensten in het winkelcentrum. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid dat alles schoon en veilig blijft. Jouw rol en taken: - Dagelijkse schoonmaak in en rondom het gebouw - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor de leveranciers, winkeliers en de opdrachtgever - Vegen en schrobben van algemene ruimten garage - Glasbewassing van de entrees - Uitvoeren kleine (technische) reparaties - Constateren, doorgeven en oplossen van storingen of gevaarlijke situaties - De werkdagen zijn op maandag t/m vrijdag, 19 uur per week. Je kan direct starten! Wie ben jij? Jij bent iemand die van aanpakken weet, het overzicht kan behouden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft. Je bent een enthousiast persoon die op tijd komt, zijn taken serieus neemt en doelgericht aan de slag kan. Verder herken je jezelf in de volgende eisen: - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal - Je beschikt over computer vaardigheden - Je bent woonachtig in de omgeving Zwolle - Je hebt technische (basis) kennis - Je bent servicegericht, dienstverlenend en pro-actief Wat bieden wij? Natuurlijk ga je niet voor niets aan de slag als Huismeester. Je komt te werken voor één van onze opdrachtgevers en daar word je voor beloond.
