The posting

Als huismeester zorg je dat de opvanglocaties Duinlust in Overveen en Kerklaan in Bennebroek goed worden beheerd. Samen met een collega-huismeester houd je de gebouwen en de omgeving veilig, schoon en leefbaar. Je werkt de ene dag in Overveen en de andere dag in Bennebroek.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je coördineert het dagelijks beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwen. • Je controleert vluchtwegen, branddeuren en rookmelders. • Je let op de huisregels, brandveiligheid, hygiëne en leefbaarheid. • Je volgt meldingen en acties rond GGD-controles en ongediertebestrijding op. • Je signaleert technische gebreken en volgt onderhoudsmeldingen van bewoners op. Mogelijk voer je ook kleine reparaties uit. • Je informeert bewoners over hygiëne, veiligheid en gezamenlijk wonen en spreekt hen hierop aan. • Je houdt contact met onderhoudsbedrijven en de klusjesdienst. Zorgelijke situaties bespreek je met de locatiebegeleiders.

Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week. Je start op 5 oktober 2026 en werkt tot en met 31 mei 2027. Er is een optie tot verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Als huismeester zie je snel wat er nodig is en kom je zelf in actie. Je blijft rustig in lastige situaties en spreekt bewoners duidelijk en respectvol aan. Je kunt grenzen stellen en voorkomen dat een situatie verder uit de hand loopt. Ook werk je zelfstandig, denk je in oplossingen en houd je rekening met verschillende achtergronden.

Wat neem je mee?

• Je hebt minimaal mbo-4-werk- en -denkniveau. • Je hebt basiskennis van administratie en computersystemen. • Je beheerst de Engelse taal goed. • Beheersing van de Russische of Oekraïense taal is mooi meegenomen.
