Een prachtige stad om in te wonen ... en te werken. Opdracht De gemeente Nijmegen opent vanaf eind november 2026 een tijdelijke gemeentelijke opvang (TGO) in Nijmegen Noord voor 400 asielzoekers. De opvang van vluchtelingen in de gemeente Nijmegen is georganiseerd in samenwerking met het COA, diverse maatschappelijke organisaties, lokale vrijwilligersorganisaties en meerdere andere partners en instanties. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat de bewoners zich veilig en welkom voelen en bieden we een tijdelijke woonplek. Als onderdeel van het team op locatie zijn we op zoek naar technische dienst/huismeesters. Een Huismeester/medewerker Technische Dienst zorgt ervoor dat de opvanglocatie veilig, schoon, functioneel en goed onderhouden blijft. Hij of zij is vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische en technische meldingen van bewoners en medewerkers. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Oplossen van storingen aan installaties, verlichting, sanitair en inventaris; - Toezien op netheid, veiligheid en orde op de locatie; - Uitgifte en beheer van sleutels, kamers en materialen; - Contact onderhouden met externe onderhoudsbedrijven en leveranciers; - Signaleren van technische gebreken en veiligheidsrisico's; - Ondersteunen bij verhuizingen, kamerwisselingen en inrichting van ruimtes; - Toezien op naleving van brandveiligheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
