The posting

WZC Sint Rafaël is een voorziening voor 240 bewoners, onderverdeeld in een WZC, Dagverzorgingscentrum en 10 residenten in kortverblijf. Daarnaast zijn er nog 45 assistentiewoningen op de campus aanwezig. Wij maken deel uit van een grote groep van ouderenvoorzieningen, nl. v.z.w. Zorg-saam Zusters Kindsheid Jesu. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar huismoeder/huisvader voor een woongemeenschap valide bewoners in residentie Rafael. Als huismoeder/huisvader werk je mee aan een warme en gezellige woon- en leefomgeving. Samen met de bewoners creëer je een huiselijke sfeer waarin autonomie, keuzevrijheid en persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staan. Je ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en doet dit met aandacht, geduld en een grote glimlach. Als huismoeder/huisvader zorg je er mee voor dat de dagelijkse zorg soepel verloopt. Je begeleidt bewoners bij de maaltijden. Je staat in voor huishoudelijke taken op de woongemeenschap. Je hebt oog voor beleving in en rond het woonzorgcentrum en helpt mee voor het uitbouwen van een gezellige en aangename sfeer in de woonkamer. Door de nieuwe regelgeving van WUG-wetgeving, kan je jobinhoud bij nood wijzigen.

  • Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega die: geduldig is en rust uitstraalt communicatief en empatisch is het werk ziet en zelfstandig prioriteiten kan stellen flexibel is en goed kan samenwerken in teamverband humor en gezelligheid meebrengt naar het werk ervaring heeft met of openstaat voor dementievriendelijke zorg op maat van de bewoner kan werken en hen actief betrekken bij huishoudelijke taken op woongemeenschap. bij kan dragen aan een warme, huiselijke omgeving en zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor een goede sfeer. ordelijk en netjes zijn Je bent in het bezit van één van onderstaande diploma's: opleiding voltooid in het domein of studiegebied personenzorg, gezondheidszorg of welzijn bij een door de Vlaamse overheid erkende onderwijsinstelling of opleidingsinstelling een diploma, getuigschrift, certificaat of bewijs van beroepskwalificatie in derde graad van het technisch of beroeps secundair onderwijs, in het buitengewoon secundair onderwijs binnen domein gezondheidszorg/maatschappij & welzijn
