Je verdiept je in de organisatie en haar gebruikers en brengt scherp in beeld wat zij nodig hebben om goed te werken, ontmoeten en samenwerken. Daarbij combineer je oprechte interesse met bouwkundig inzicht, analytisch vermogen en creativiteit. Je ontwerpt doordachte gesprekken en werksessies, brengt uiteenlopende belangen samen en werkt ideeën uit tot concrete, haalbare oplossingen. Zo geef je richting aan huisvesting die mensen en organisaties verder helpt. Hoe gaaf is dat? Lees snel verder en haal het beste uit mensen en gebouwen! Je begint niet bij het gebouw, maar bij de organisatie en de mensen die het gaan gebruiken. In gesprekken en werksessies achterhaal je wat zij nodig hebben om goed te kunnen werken, ontmoeten en samenwerken. Je verbindt deze behoeften aan de ambities van de organisatie en vertaalt ze naar concrete, haalbare uitgangspunten voor de huisvesting. Daarbij bewaak je in die uitgangspunten de samenhang tussen gebruik, ruimte, techniek, budget en planning. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - organisatiedoelen en toekomstambities vertaalt naar huisvestingsstrategieën, scenario's en projectstartdocumenten; - werkt en adviseert van strategisch niveau (bijv. lange termijn huisvestings-plannen) tot en met operationeel niveau (bijv. Programma's van Eisen of indelingsstudies); - bestuurders, medewerkers en andere gebruikers interviewt en participatiesessies en workshops uitdenkt en begeleidt; - uitgesproken én onderliggende behoeften ophaalt in interactieve sessies en samen met collega's omzet in ruimtelijke, functionele en organisatorische uitgangspunten; - wensen toetst aan budget, planning, regelgeving en technische haalbaarheid; - heldere, visuele rapportages opstelt en jouw advies presenteert aan opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen....
