Als huisvestingsadviseur begeleid je organisaties bij nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en herinrichtingsvraagstukken. Je beweegt je aan de strategische voorkant van projecten en zorgt voor heldere kaders en onderbouwde besluitvorming. Hierbij ben je dus adviseur en werk je vanuit de opdrachtgeverskant. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren bij nieuwbouw, renovatie, herontwikkeling en tijdelijke huisvesting; - Opstellen van haalbaarheidsonderzoeken, huisvestingsvisies en programma's van eisen; - Analyseren van werkprocessen, capaciteit, regelgeving en ruimtebehoefte; - Organiseren en begeleiden van gebruikerssessies en participatietrajecten; - Vertalen van complexe informatie naar duidelijke en visueel sterke adviezen; - Samenwerken met opdrachtgevers, ontwerpteams en interne specialisten. Je werkt binnen een compact en betrokken team waarin je snel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en actief meedenkt over de aanpak van projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent analytisch sterk, ziet snel verbanden en krijgt energie van samenwerken met opdrachtgevers en gebruikers. Je wilt invloed hebben op strategische keuzes en jezelf verder ontwikkelen als adviseur. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Hbo+ werk- en denkniveau (bijvoorbeeld bouwkunde, civiele techniek of vastgoedmanagement); - Ongeveer 2-5 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Interesse in strategisch huisvestingsadvies; - Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
