Berthouts Immo is al meer dan 30 jaar een gevestigde waarde in de regio Grimbergen en de Brusselse Rand. Om ons team verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven huizenjager / vastgoedmakelaar met commerciële flair en een sterke interesse in vastgoed.

JOUW ROL

Als huizenjager ben jij de motor achter de verdere groei van onze vastgoedportefeuille.

Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe eigendommen, legt contacten met potentiële verkopers en bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille uit. Je begeleidt eigenaars bij de verkoop van hun woning, voert schattingen uit, onderhandelt met kandidaat-kopers en volgt je dossiers op van A tot Z.

Je bent het gezicht van Berthouts Immo in jouw regio.

Je krijgt daarbij de vrijheid om je eigen netwerk en klantenbestand uit te bouwen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en succes komt hier vooral neer op initiatief nemen, kansen zien en ervoor gaan.

JIJ HEBT...

Minstens 2 jaar commerciële ervaring.

Ervaring met prospectie en commerciële onderhandelingen.

Een vlotte babbel (NL/FR) en het talent om snel vertrouwen op te bouwen.

Een sterk lokaal netwerk of de ambitie om dat uit te bouwen.

Een commerciële en ondernemende ingesteldheid.

Een gezonde dosis ambitie en resultaatgerichtheid.

Een zelfstandige werkhouding en de discipline om je eigen agenda te beheren.

Een passie voor vastgoed, mensen en sales.

Respect voor discretie, kwaliteit en een professionele klantenbegeleiding.

Flexibiliteit: je begrijpt dat een succesvolle vastgoedmakelaar soms buiten de klassieke kantooruren werkt.

Een bachelor is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw commerciële ervaring, drive en persoonlijkheid zijn voor ons minstens zo belangrijk.
