The posting

Wij zijn een toonaangevende KMO gespecialiseerd in het installeren van liften en huisliften. Met jarenlange ervaring streven we ernaar om hoogwaardige mobiliteitsoplossingen te bieden aan onze klanten. Momenteel werken we hier met zo’n 32 collega’s en we blijven elk jaar groeien. Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en leergierige hulpmonteur (junior).

Een Dag als Monteur

Elke dag begint bij ons op kantoor, waar je afspreekt met je senior monteur. Samen vertrekken jullie naar de werf, afhankelijk van de locatie variëren de vertrektijden. Op de werf worden jullie om 7 uur verwacht. Onderweg krijg je je eerste briefing: ‘Wat staat er vandaag op de planning? Hoe zit het met de verdeling van de taken? Waar willen jullie aan het einde van de dag zeker staan?’.

Op de werf ondersteun je de senior monteur. Het plaatsen van een lift vraagt zowel mechanische als elektrische kennis. Stap voor stap leert de senior monteur jou de kneepjes van het vak. Ze zeggen: eenmaal de liftmicrobe jou te pakken heeft, ben je voor het leven geboeid!

Aan het einde van de dag laten jullie de werf proper achter. Op weg naar huis bespreken jullie de werkdag: ‘Wat liep er goed? Wat kon er beter?’. Ons doel is om jou binnen anderhalf jaar op te leiden tot (senior) monteur. Deze één-op-één momenten zijn een cruciaal deel van de opleiding.

  • Technische Affiniteit: Minimaal technische kennis, vooral van mechanica, is belangrijk. Specifieke liftkennis is niet vereist.
  • Teamplayer: Je kunt goed in teamverband werken.
  • Fysieke Conditie: Je bent fysiek in goede conditie en hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Rijbewijs B: Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Communicatief: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
