Ben jij een nauwkeurige en gedreven boekhouder met een passie voor cijfers én administratie? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar productie, logistiek en internationale handel samenkomen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze organisatie zoeken we een enthousiaste (Hulp)boekhouder die het finance team versterkt en mee instaat voor een correcte en efficiënte verwerking van de dagelijkse boekhouding.

Jouw takenpakket

Dagelijkse boekhouding

  • Inboeken van banken (met ondersteuning/back-up van de hoofdboekhoudster)
  • Verwerken van leveranciersfacturen voor:
  1. fabriek, onderhoud en herstellingen
  2. grondstoffen en verpakkingen
  3. overheadkosten zoals marketing, telecom, enz.

Facturatie

Een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid, vooral tijdens de piekmaanden juni, juli en augustus:

  • Opmaak van facturen en interne doorrekeningen binnen de groep
  • Facturatie van werken in onroerende staat
  • Correct toepassen van specifieke btw-regels en btw-matrices

Debiteurenbeheer

  • Opvolgen van klantbetalingen, voornamelijk voor Engelstalige klanten
  • Opmaken en verwerken van creditnota’s
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de hoofdboekhoudster voor de opvolging van de Duitse markt

Leveranciersbeheer

  • Aanvragen en opvolgen van creditnota’s
  • Behandelen van leveranciersklachten en aanmaningen

Administratieve controles

  • Opvolgen van goedkeuringen van leveranciersfacturen
  • Bewaken van een correcte administratieve flow

Import- en voorraadgerelateerde administratie

  • Administratieve verwerking van importdossiers en IMA-aangiftes (vooral China en VAE)
  • Werken binnen een omgeving met grote voorraden en seizoensgebonden stockrotatie

Systemen & tools

Je werkt dagelijks met verschillende ERP- en rapporteringstools:

  • SAP (huidig boekhoudpakket)
  • Momentum (intern voorraadbeheersysteem)
  • Excel voor analyses en rapportering
  • Business Central (D365) – implementatie voor de Duitse markt

Ervaring met Business Central of Navision is een sterke troef.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen boekhouding, bij voorkeur in een productie-, technische of supply chain omgeving
  • Je beschikt over een sterke kennis van btw-regelgeving:
  1. Belgische btw
  2. intracommunautaire transacties
  3. import/export
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen
  • Kennis van Business Central/Navision is een belangrijke plus
  • Kennis van German GAAP is een extra troef, maar geen must
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je bent communicatief en administratief sterk
