Voor een financieel stabiele en innovatieve onderneming zijn wij op zoek naar een Hulpboekhouder (m/v/x) in Wommelgem.

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen de productiesector met een lange geschiedenis en een sterke reputatie binnen de voedingsindustrie. Het bedrijf telt ongeveer 120 medewerkers en combineert de ondernemende sfeer van een familiale KMO met de ondersteuning van een internationale groep. Binnen het finance team kom je terecht in een hechte afdeling waar je nauw samenwerkt met de Finance Manager. Om de verdere groei en continuïteit van het team te ondersteunen, kijkt het bedrijf uit naar een extra collega.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Hulpboekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Het inboeken van aankoopfacturen;
  • Het inboeken van verkoopfacturen;
  • Het verwerken en boeken van bankuittreksels;
  • Het opvolgen van openstaande klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen;
  • Het uitvoeren van diverse financiële berekeningen en analyses ter ondersteuning van de boekhouding;
  • Het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden;
  • Het bijdragen aan een correcte en tijdige financiële administratie;
  • Het meedenken over mogelijke optimalisaties binnen administratieve en financiële processen.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Hulpboekhouder (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma binnen boekhouding, accountancy of een financiële richting;
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde schoolverlater of hebt reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring opgebouwd;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent sterk administratief onderlegd;
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op;
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen een boekhoudkundige functie;
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken;
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
