The posting

Voor onze site in Erps-Kwerps, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een gemotiveerde deeltijdse hulpkok voor de voormiddagen om ons team te versterken! Het betreft een deeltijdse vaste job. Als demi chef in het restaurant in Erps-Kwerps heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket in de keuken met volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Koken en bereiden: Je staat in voor de productie in de koude keuken en maakt o.a. desserts , saladebar, fruitbar, koude schotels, broodjeslunches,... Soms ondersteun je ook bij de warme kant in de keuken. Je zorgt voor voorbereidingen, koken, portionering en garnering van de gerechten.
  • Ondersteuning: Inspringen waar nodig tijdens piekperiodes (koken, bedienen, afwassen, voorbereiden,...)
  • Logistiek en kwaliteitscontrole: Na de dienst opruimen, overschotten verwerken en de kwaliteit en versheid van de producten controleren. Je zorgt voor ondersteuning bji de ontvangsten van goederen en zorgt voor het stockeren van goederen in het magazijn en de frigo. Soms help je ook met wegbrengen van bestellingen en fungeer je als chauffeur.
  • Veiligheid: Een zero risk mindset hanteren en geen compromissen sluiten op het gebied van veiligheid, zowel voor jezelf als voor anderen.

Voor de vacature van demi-chef de Partie / hulpkok (20u) in Erps-Kwerps zoeken we iemand met het volgende profiel:

  • Je beheerst zeer goed het Nederlands en hebt minstens een sterke basiskennis Frans.
  • Je volgde een relevante opleiding in de horeca/opleiding kok, en hebt al een eerste ervaring in de keuken achter de rug.
  • Grootkeuken ervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute must.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B (ivm leveringen met de auto)
  • Je staat open voor een deeltijdse job van 20u/week in de voormiddagen met vaste vrije vrijdag.
  • Je bent flexibel qua taken: Koude keuken, broodjes maken, afwassen, warme keuken, leveringen met de auto,...
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een ‘One Team Approach’
