Salons ’t Groenhof is al 54 jaar een gevestigde waarde in Melle. Als familiebedrijf staan wij voor kwaliteit, een persoonlijke aanpak en een goede samenwerking binnen ons team.

Om ons team verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde hulpkok voor een voltijdse betrekking.

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige, familiale onderneming waar iedereen zijn steentje bijdraagt. Samen met onze twee meewerkende bestuurders en onze vaste medewerker zorg je ervoor dat onze keuken vlot draait en onze gasten kunnen genieten van een verzorgde service.

Als hulpkok ondersteun je ons keukenteam bij de dagelijkse voorbereidingen en tijdens onze feesten en andere activiteiten.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • voorbereiden van ingrediënten en gerechten;
  • meehelpen bij de bereiding en afwerking van gerechten;
  • ondersteuning bieden tijdens feesten en drukke momenten;
  • zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde keuken;
  • afwassen en schoonmaken van keukenmateriaal en apparatuur;
  • helpen bij het correct bewaren en stockeren van voedingsmiddelen;
  • mee toezien op de hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften in de keuken.

We zoeken iemand die graag werkt, betrouwbaar is en zich goed voelt in een kleine, familiale werkomgeving.

Voor ons is vooral de juiste ingesteldheid belangrijk:

  • je hebt een opleiding hotelschool gevolgd;
  • je bent gemotiveerd en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • je bent stipt en betrouwbaar;
  • je werkt netjes en hygiënisch;
  • je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken;
  • je hebt een goed werktempo;
  • je bent bereid om bij te leren;
  • je bent flexibel ingesteld;
  • je hebt bij voorkeur enige ervaring in een keuken.
