Voor onze keuken zoeken wij een enthousiaste:Hulpkok/Keukenmedewerk(st)er 5 avonden per week | ongeveer 25 uur per week | 17:00 tot 23:00 uurGeen chef? Geen probleem!

Je hoeft geen topchef te zijn. Als jij passie hebt voor koken en graag onderdeel wilt worden van een gezellig team op één van de mooiste plekken van Rotterdam, dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren.Of je nu:o hobbykok bento ervaring hebt in de horeca maar minder uren wilt werkenWat ga je doen?

Samen met een klein en gezellig team zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten kunnen genieten van een smakelijke maaltijd. Van 17.00 tot ongeveer 20.00 uur werk je samen met een zelfstandig werkend kok aan de bereiding en uitgifte van de gerechten voor onze hotelgasten. Wanneer de drukte afneemt, neem jij het zelfstandig over, maak je de laatste bestellingen gereed en zorg je ervoor dat alles netjes wordt afgerond voor de volgende dag. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het schoon en georganiseerd houden van de keuken. Je helpt mee met de afwas, zorgt dat de spoelkeuken op orde is en laat aan het einde van de avond zowel de keuken als de werkruimtes schoon achter. Zo kunnen je collega's de volgende ochtend weer prettig aan de slag.Dus: samenwerken tijdens drukke momenten en zelfstandig werken wanneer het rustiger is.Geen ingewikkelde sterrenrestaurant-keuken, maar herkenbare en smakelijke gerechten waar gasten blij van worden.Je helpt mee met:· Het bereiden van eenvoudige dinergerechten· Het netjes en georganiseerd houden van de keuken· Het bedienen van de vaatwasser en ondersteunen in de spoelkeuken· Het schoonmaken en verzorgd achterlaten van werkplekken, apparatuur, vloeren en andere keukenruimtesWat krijg je van ons?Een parttime baan van ongeveer 25 uur per week (5 dagen)Vaste avonduren die goed te combiner
