Voor restaurant De Zwaan zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste (chef)kok / patissier om het keukenteam te versterken.

Heb jij een passie voor patisserie en de koude keuken? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, creatief en in teamverband? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt de mise-en-place voor de patisserie en koude keuken.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en afwerking van de desserts.
  • Je helpt tijdens de service mee aan de voorgerechten en koude kant.
  • Je bereidt de mise-en-place van de voorgerechten.
  • Je werkt desserts en voorgerechten nauwkeurig en verzorgd af.
  • Je draait mee tijdens de service.
  • Je houdt de keuken ordelijk, proper en georganiseerd.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt het keukenteam tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een vlotte service te garanderen.
  • Je denkt mee na over nieuwe desserts en volgt de nieuwste trends binnen de patisserie.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een professionele keuken, bij voorkeur in patisserie en de koude keuken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en hygiënisch werken.
  • Je bent creatief en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent vooral een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke services.
  • Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent sociaal, leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een hands-onmentaliteit.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om in een dynamische keukenomgeving te werken.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op de momenten waarop de zaak geopend is. Maandag, dinsdag, zaterdag overdag en zondagavond ben je vrij.
  • Je bent bereid om in een systeem met service coupé te werken.
