Je komt terecht in een familiale horecazaak waar samenwerking centraal staat. Het hechte keukenteam werkt samen aan een vlotte service en mooi afgewerkte gerechten. Je krijgt sterke begeleiding en ruimte om verschillende functies in de keuken te leren.

Als kok patissier neem je de desserts voor je rekening en ondersteun je bij voorgerechten en de koude kant. Je combineert mise-en-place met service en denkt mee over nieuwe creaties. Zo krijg je een gevarieerde functie waarin kwaliteit, tempo en teamwork samenkomen.

Jobomschrijving

Je verzorgt de mise-en-place voor patisserie en de koude kant. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding en afwerking van desserts. Tijdens de service help je mee met voorgerechten en andere bereidingen aan de koude kant. Je zorgt voor een verzorgde mise-en-place van de voorgerechten. Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk, proper en klaar voor een vlotte service. Je draait actief mee tijdens de service. Je springt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt je collega's in de keuken. Je werkt nauw samen met het volledige keukenteam om elke service vlot te laten verlopen. Je volgt nieuwe trends binnen patisserie en denkt creatief mee over nieuwe desserts. Je past je kennis van HACCP toe tijdens je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Ervaring met het draaien van een professionele keukenservice. Interesse in nieuwe trends en technieken binnen patisserie.
