Met een uitgebreid netwerk van Service Centers en mobiele units is Autoglass Clinic actief in België en Luxemburg en staan we garant voor een optimale dienstverlening in het herstellen en vervangen van voertuigbeglazing. Dankzij onze jarenlange ervaring en focus op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid hebben onze specialisten één doel: de klant snel, veilig en tevreden weer op de weg helpen.

De nauwe samenwerking met de internationale Cary Group stelt ons in staat om continu te groeien en onze diensten te verbeteren, waardoor we de voertuigbeglazing naar een hoger niveau kunnen tillen. Deze nieuwe richting biedt volop kansen voor persoonlijke en professionele groei in een inclusieve omgeving waarin medewerkers kunnen excelleren.

Om onze ambitieuze groei en verdere uitbouw te ondersteunen, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven hulpmonteur voor ons Service Center te Geel. Ben jij handig, leergierig en heb je interesse in de automotive branche? Wil je werken in een dynamisch en professioneel team? Dan is deze functie als Hulpmonteur bij Autoglass Clinic iets voor jou!

Takenpakket

Als Hulpmonteur ondersteun je ervaren monteurs bij de installatie en reparatie van autoruiten en leer je stap voor stap de kneepjes van het vak. Je wordt opgeleid om uiteindelijk zelfstandig te werken aan verschillende voertuigen. Je houdt hierbij steeds rekening met voorschriften inzake montage, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Samen met je collega’s-Monteurs ben je het uithangbord voor de Autoglass Clinic Service: behulpzaam, vriendelijk, persoonlijk en enthousiast. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Assisteren bij het demonteren, monteren en repareren van autoruiten bij allerlei voertuigen, zowel in het Service Center als op locatie. - Voorbereiden van werkmateriaal en gereedschap voor een efficiënte werkdag. - Technische controles en kalibraties uitvoeren om veiligheid te garanderen. - Als team zorg je voor onberispelijke kwaliteit en optimale klanttevredenheid. Je staat de klanten vriendelijk te woord en geeft uitleg over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. - Veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel. - Je laat de werkplaats en de uitrusting ten alle tijden voldoen aan de normen op vlak van orde, toegankelijkheid, veiligheid en hygiëne.

We zoeken naar teamspelers met de volgende eigenschappen: - Je hebt een affiniteit met techniek en auto’s – ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must! - Leergierige en gemotiveerde instelling – wij leren je graag alles over het vak. - Klantgericht en oog voor detail – kwaliteit en klantenservice staan voorop! - Veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit draag je hoog in het vaandel. - Rijbewijs B – essentieel voor mobiele jobs - Voltijds of deeltijds bespreekbaar
