FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor een moderne en stabiele productieomgeving zoeken we een Hulpoperator CNC die graag bijleert en zich wil ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige machineoperator. Als hulpoperator ondersteun je het productieproces en leer je stap voor stap werken met computergestuurde machines. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding en begeleiding van ervaren collega's, zodat je de machines zelfstandig leert instellen en bedienen.Wat ga je doen?

  • CNC-machines instellen en bedienen
  • Technische plannen en productiegegevens interpreteren
  • De juiste programma's, gereedschappen en instellingen selecteren
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afgewerkte producten
  • Kleine storingen signaleren en mee helpen oplossen
  • Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften naleven
  • Zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek
  • Samenwerken met collega's om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen

PROFIEL

Jouw profiel Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Motivatie en technisch inzicht zijn voor ons belangrijker. Jij bent iemand die:

  • Graag begrijpt hoe machines en technische processen werken
  • Logisch en oplossingsgericht denkt
  • Nauwkeurig werkt en oog heeft voor kwaliteit
  • Verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn of haar werk
  • Rustig blijft wanneer er uitdagingen opduiken
  • Bereid is om nieuwe dingen te leren
  • Goed samenwerkt met collega's
  • Technische interesse heeft door werk, opleiding of hobby's
