Als hulpverlener op de alarmcentrale ben je géén standaard callcentermedewerker, maar de cruciale schakel tussen gestrande bestuurders en de juiste hulp. Bij Eurocross op de afdeling Vehicle Assistance Nationaal zorg jij ervoor dat mensen snel, veilig en met een gerust hart hun weg kunnen vervolgen. wat bieden wij jou Uurloon van € 17,86 bruto per uur Volledige vergoeding voor reizen met het ov Flexibel contract van 24 tot 34 uur per week Zinvol werk: help mensen in nood Werken bij een internationale alarmcentrale Werken op toplocatie vlakbij Leiden Centraal wie ben jij Om de alarmcentrale goed te laten draaien, is het belangrijk dat je als hulpverlener op de alarmcentrale aan de volgende eisen voldoet: - Je bent 24 tot 34 uur per week beschikbaar - Je bent 3 tot 5 dagen per week beschikbaar - Je bent in het weekend en in de avond beschikbaar - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar tussen 06:00 en 01:30 uur - Je spreekt Nederlands - Je hebt minimaal mbo-niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau - Je bent bereid om in Leiden te werken wat ga je doen Geen enkel gesprek is hetzelfde op de alarmcentrale.
