The posting

Als medewerker budget en schuldbemiddeling ben je een expert op het domein budget met als doel de cliënt of het cliëntsysteem te begeleiden tot het hervinden van een financieel evenwicht en het terugbetalen van de schulden, rekening houdend met de menselijke waardigheid.

Je werkt in het werkingsgebied Meetjesland/Schelde-Leie; je werkt voor cliënten uit grondgebied Eeklo, Zelzate en Deinze. Standplaats is Eeklo.

Dat betekent dat de focus vooral ligt op:

- interne consultfunctie: adviesverlening aan én coaching van professionele hulpverleners met betrekking tot al hun financiële en administratieve vragen binnen het domein budget - cliëntbegeleiding in complexe dossiers (multi-problemsituaties): de financiële en administratieve begeleiding, zoals informatie en advies, bemiddeling met schuldeisers, budgetbeheer,...is gekaderd binnen een ruimere psychosociale begeleiding en verloopt in nauwe samenwerking of in duo met andere professionele hulpverleners die de begeleiding van andere levensdomeinen op zich nemen Je maakt deel uit van een provinciaal team en neemt actief deel aan permanente vorming en interne & externe supervisie.

- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs in sociale verpleegkunde, maatschappelijk werk of rechten - Je hebt bij voorkeur een attest erkende schuldbemiddeling of bent bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen - Elementaire juridische kennis en kennis van budgethulpverlening is sterk aanbevolen - Je hebt kennis van de sociale kaart - Jouw communicatieve en planmatige vaardigheden en analytische geest, zorgen ervoor dat je - samen met de cliënt - vlot een overzicht krijgt van diens financiële situatie. - Je werkt resultaatsgericht en beheerst de hulpverlenende, motiverende en bemiddelende gesprekstechnieken om de zelfredzaamheid van de cliënt te verhogen. - Je bent een talent in het beknopt, transparant en gestructureerd rapporteren aan de verschillende betrokken partijen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Je kan je makkelijk met eigen vervoer verplaatsen binnen de eerstelijnszones Meetjesland en Schelde-Leie
