Deine Aufgaben mit: Strahlkraft

Du unterstützt im HR-Team das operative Tagesgeschäft. Mit Leichtigkeit übernimmst du die administrativen HR-Agenden vom Ein- bis Austritt und allen HR-Prozessen dazwischen. Aus dem Augenwinkel beobachtest du unsere HR-Unterlagen und hältst sie eigenverantwortlich aktuell. Für dich das Tüpfelchen am i: Du unterstützt unser Bewerbermanagement, führst Erst-Interviews und koordinierst Termine. Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für organisatorische HR-Fragen und arbeitest engagiert in EOS-Projekten mit.

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura

* Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung - optimalerweise in der HR-Assistenz

* Du bist mit MS Office sehr vertraut und verfügst über souveräne IT-Kenntnisse

* Du bist ein Organisationstalent und strahlst eine professionelle Empathie aus

* Du bist werteorientiert, kommunikationsstark, flexibel und empathisch im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern Du bleibst auch bei Belastung positiv und freundlich - denn in Spitzenzeiten geht es rund zu
